Large observable activity is useful context, but it does not establish identity, skill, intent or future direction.
Qualification is mechanical
A proxy wallet qualifies when observable BUY notional within one condition reaches the selected threshold. No account is hand-picked.
Direction is current state
NET_UP, NET_DOWN, NEUTRAL and UNKNOWN describe the observable paired-token state, not a recommendation.
History needs a denominator
A hit rate without verified sample size and exclusions is not auditable. BTC5m keeps hits, eligible rounds and excluded states visible.
