The marketing website uses a small local preference for menu or interface behavior and does not require an account. Server logs may contain IP address, request path, user agent and timestamps for security and operations.

Support communications

If you email support, we process the address, message and attachments you choose to send in order to respond and maintain a support record.

No wallet collection

PolyCerno does not request seed phrases, private keys or trading credentials. Do not send them to us.

Retention and rights

Operational logs and support records are retained only as reasonably necessary for security, support and legal obligations. Contact privacy@polycerno.com for applicable access or deletion requests.
